Man, that sounds good! You’re really good at this blog. I hereby request more stuff about salmon and tuna, as I’m under doctor’s orders to load up on those. If only I were under doctor’s orders to eat shrimp…also Doritos…

I made these and they are wonderful . I made them small for a canape type of use. I rolled them out between 2 pieces of waxed paper, dipped a Baileys shot glass rim in water then flax seed flour and used that to get small round crackers. I then used a metal spatula to put them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and baked them. They look great on a tray with cheese, fruit, peperoni etc.

I also made them big like a graham cracker and put cream cheese on the top. They were just like having a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast.

Next I’m going to see how this does as a pizza crust.
